• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support across multiple channels. You will play a crucial part in delivering a positive brand experience, resolving inquiries efficiently, and assisting with product-related needs, particularly for

**Key Responsibilities:***

Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive brand experience across phone, email and chat.

* Assist customers with a wide range of needs, including product inquiries, order status, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

* Efficiently resolve customer concerns with a professional and positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Offer knowledgeable recommendations on Vans footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance the customer experience.

* Accurately process orders, payments, and returns using internal systems.

* Collaborate effectively with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Customer Service Rep Qualifications:

Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

* Proficiency in navigating and utilizing computer systems for data entry and order processing.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
