Hybrid Telehealth Mental Health Therapist

We take care of the administrative burdens, providing a seamless, stress-free work environment for therapists looking to build a caseload in the afternoons, evenings, or Saturdays.

The Position

We are seeking a fully licensed, self-motivated psychotherapist to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about clinical work and want to avoid the "administrative headache" of private practice or for therapists that want to work towards full-time practice.

What We Offer (Administrative Support)

· Credentialing: In-house assistance with credentialing on major insurance panels.

· Billing: Full billing services, insurance verification, and claims management.

· Scheduling: Dedicated administrative staff to handle intake scheduling and client inquiries.

· EHR System: Access to a modern Electronic Health Record system.

· Marketing: Consistent referral pipeline.

· Office Space: Professional, furnished, and comfortable in-person office space.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct individual, couple, or family therapy sessions.

· Provide high-quality outpatient care in the afternoons/evenings or on Saturdays.

· Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

· Attend monthly staff meetings, where you can connect with coworkers and continue to build clinical skills.

Requirements

· License: Active license in Michigan (LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LLP, LP).

· Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience.

· Availability: Must be available for at least 2–3 evenings per week (after 3 PM) or Saturdays.
