A nationally backed, high-growth behavioral health organization is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a hospital delivering critical mental health services across acute and residential care settings.
This is a high-visibility, full P&L leadership role where you will directly shape patient outcomes, drive financial performance, and build a high-performing clinical and operational culture.

What We're Looking For:

CEO or senior executive leadership experience in behavioral health hospitals

Proven success with JCAHO surveys, compliance, and accreditation

Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership, payer negotiations, growth strategy)

Experience across acute + residential (RTC) settings strongly preferred

Track record of team building, physician recruitment, and culture transformation

Visible, hands-on leadership style with high emotional intelligence
