Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing training teams
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
• Experience with performance management and coaching
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field
