Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet output targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and develop the production team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and report on production metrics.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating production teams.
• Proficiency in managing production planning, budgeting, cost control, and inventory.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated experience with automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
