Frame Technician
Responsibilities - Repair damaged frames and suspensions on heavy trucks.
- Straighten frames to factory specifications using frame machine equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of service equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document work performed on work orders accurately.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Engage in physical tasks including light to heavy lifting, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and squatting.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Heavy-Duty industry is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date on industry training and equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and follow-up on multiple projects.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must have tools required to perform tasks – training provided.
