We provide a variety of reliable, trouble-free fire detection, fire suppression and gas detection products. We specialize in total flooding clean agent fire suppression systems utilizing either FK-5-1-12 clean extinguishing agent or HFC-227ea fire extinguishant.

Quality Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform thorough in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

* Utilize precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM equipment.

* Conduct comprehensive quality audits and accurately document all inspection results.

* Review and meticulously interpret blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.

* Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and initiate corrective actions promptly.

* Assist with root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

* Maintain accurate quality records and prepare reports within company systems.

* Support production teams to ensure strict compliance with ISO and safety standards.

* Actively participate in internal and external quality audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.

*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in general labor or packaging roles.

* Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
