We partner with independent, licensed/certified inspectors and non-licensed surveyors who want flexible, on-demand inspection work through our platform. This is not a full time position and job offers may vary by market and client demand.

How Inspectify Works
Inspectify inspections are scope-based and data-driven, not traditional home inspection reports.

As a partner inspector, you will:

• Accept jobs through the Inspectify platform
• Visit the property on-site
• Follow a clear checklist / custom scope
• Take required photos
• Capture observations and deficiencies
• Submit everything through the Inspectify app

No long narrative reports

No client back-and-forth

No estimating or repair pricing

Inspector Requirements

To partner with Inspectify as a home inspector, you must:

• Be a certifed home inspector (ASHI/InterNACHI) per IA state requirements
• Operate as a business owner or sole proprietor
• Carry general liability insurance (Professional/Personal Liability cannot be accepted)
• Be willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Own a reliable car, truck, or van
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a smartphone capable of running the Inspectify app
