Who You Are:

We are looking for a skilled Media Operations Specialist to join our strong and growing marketing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company’s brand and promoting our products nationwide. The candidate’s primary responsibilities include managing the creation of landing pages and Facebook campaigns – from setup, targeting, and testing to deployment and data monitoring. Working directly with the Delivery Operations Director, this talented individual will be cross-functional and play a vital role in the company’s day- to-day delivery operations as well as the evaluation and implementation of new marketing platforms. Flexibility is key in this role, as the evaluation and testing of platforms will be instrumental in our efforts to expand our customer acquisition channels.

How You’ll Contribute:

 Setup ad campaigns on multiple social platforms (FB, Skai, Nextdoor, etc.)

 Set up landing pages for webinars and seminars

 Search and use quality ad images

 Manage daily email marketing deployments

 Build and distribute emails through the use of marketing automation software

 Create well-written copy that is free from mistakes

 Understand and follow various firm’s marketing rules

 Identify opportunities for continual improvement of email and social campaigns

 Work closely with Product, Compliance and IT departments as needed

 Research, evaluate, and implement test campaigns

 Support other digital marketing efforts as needed

 Learn and master use of cliient marketing platforms

 Other assigned projects

What You’ll Need:

 Degree in Marketing or Marketing related field

 Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and/or marketing automation

 Detailed Oriented

 Comfort communicating across various departments in the organization

 Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

 Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic

 Positive attitude and team player

 Experience with Salesforce, Facebook Ads Manager, Skai and Hubspot is preferred

 Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills

 Good time-management skills
