Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our clients team in Manchester, MI. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data to track trends and develop solutions to reduce defects
- Implement, review, and support SPC requirements and reaction plans.
- Perform routine testing, destructive, tensile, surface, torque, and cleanliness.
- Complete repeatability and reliability testing.
- Enters SPC data collection, documents and maintains trends as required by control plan.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Investigate product non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- CAD Experience
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
