Salary Range: $124,000 - $174,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Direct cost accounting activities, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and production cost analysis.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, serving as the primary liaison.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification highly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with significant time in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide insightful financial analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation, migration, or significant optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Prior experience in a multi-site or international manufacturing context.
