Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs, variances, and provide insights for cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing plants and operational expenditures.
• Conduct profitability analysis for product lines, manufacturing processes, and customer segments.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests, conduct ROI analysis, and track project performance.
• Monitor inventory valuation, turns, and obsolescence, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business cases.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with cost accounting principles and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and their financial impact.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing cost accounting principles
• Familiarity with common manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor)
• Understanding of supply chain finance or operational efficiency metrics
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for operational reporting
