Aerospace Welder
Location: Chesterfield, MI
Pay Rate: $30/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Perform precision TIG welding (MIG and other processes a plus) on aerospace-grade materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
- Interpret and weld from engineering drawings and specifications with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all work meets AWS and aerospace quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Pass and maintain required aerospace welding certifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of welding experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
- Proficiency in TIG welding; MIG and other processes a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS standards; knowledge of AS9100 or other aerospace quality systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
- Sharp eye for detail and pride in producing top-quality results.
