🌿 BRAND OPERATIONAL MANAGER – MULTI-MARKET CANNABIS
Location: West Bloomfield, MI

Are you a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for brand growth and operational excellence? DACUT is seeking a Brand Operational Manager to oversee our Field Marketing team and ensure the consistent execution of brand strategies across multiple markets. This role combines leadership, analytics, and hands-on market management to drive sales, expand market presence, and deliver measurable results across multiple product lines.

As the Brand Operational Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Field Marketing Coordinators, aligning field execution with overall brand strategy while ensuring operational efficiency and excellence at every touchpoint.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Marketing Coordinators across multiple territories, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive brand sales growth and market expansion.

• Oversee account development to increase retail distribution, partnerships, and market share.

• Monitor CRM usage to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance, leads, and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align field execution with overarching brand objectives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Ensure in-store product placement, merchandising standards, and promotional activities are executed consistently across locations.

• Provide detailed performance reports to leadership, including ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with Field Marketing Coordinators to set goals, track progress, and drive accountability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners .

💼 Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, field marketing, or sales leadership .

• Proven ability to lead multi-location teams and drive measurable results.

• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and using data to guide decisions.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills .

• Ability to travel as needed to support team members and oversee market execution.
