APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Benton Harbor, MI looking to add a Quality Supervisor to their team. If you’re passionate about quality and have experience leading quality functions, keep reading for more details!
What’s in it for you:
- 12-hour shifts – 7pm-7:15am with OT and on call required as needed
- Salary ranging from $75,000+ depending on experience

What your day will look like:
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Facilitate corrective action process
- Supervise quality team consisting of quality techs and CMM operators
- Support quality audits to maintain compliance with IATF16949
- Assist the Quality Manager with managerial duties as needed
- Assist in the development of new and existing programs
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Quality Supervisor role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with automotive quality requirements
- Strong leadership ability to manage quality team
- College degree a plus but not required
