Lead. Build. Restore. — Join an Industry Leader in Disaster Restoration

Since 1948, Our Client has been restoring what matters most. From initial cleanup to complete rebuilds, Our Client has stood alongside clients through some of their toughest moments — delivering excellence across large-scale commercial losses, residential restoration projects, and complex catastrophe recovery efforts.

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead branch operations, drive strategic growth, and inspire high-performing teams within a nationally recognized restoration organization.

Position Overview

The Regional Vice President/Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple branch operations and ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the region. This leadership role requires a hands-on operator who can successfully manage people, processes, sales growth, and profitability while maintaining a strong company culture and commitment to service excellence.

From mitigation and reconstruction to contents management and emergency response, the Regional Manager will play a critical role in helping businesses and families recover and rebuild.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service functions

  • Manage regional P&L performance including revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, budgeting, and cost controls

  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational and financial goals are achieved

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple departments

  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations

  • Partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements

  • Drive market expansion efforts and strengthen client relationships through networking, community involvement, and industry engagement

  • Promote a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and customer satisfaction

  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and operational workflow across branches

  • Onsite and Travel (Hybrid role) up to 50%-70%
  • Support emergency response and catastrophe operations as needed

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience growing and managing service-based operations

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience

  • Background in restoration, construction, mitigation, reconstruction, or related service industries preferred

  • Experience leading operations, sales, and field teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving operational consistency and profitability

  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and lead through change

  • IICRC certifications or other industry credentials are a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Our Client offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and leadership success, including:

  • Competitive base salary plus bonus potential tied to regional performance

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options

  • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Car allowance and fuel card

  • Company laptop and smartphone

  • Paid time off and holidays

  • Career advancement opportunities within a growing national organization

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, leadership background, and overall impact.

Why Join Our Client?
  • National resources with local operational leadership

  • Strong reputation built on decades of industry excellence

  • Opportunity to lead, grow, and shape regional operations

  • Collaborative and growth-focused culture

  • Meaningful work helping communities and businesses recover after disasters

If you are a driven operational leader ready to build teams, grow markets, and make a lasting impact within the restoration industry, we encourage you to apply.
