Primary Location: Aspirus at Home Crystal Falls Start Date: ASAPContract length: 13 weeks Shift requirement: 8 hours days. Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times. Hours: 36 flex to 40 Weekend/Holiday: weekend call rotation, holiday call rotation On-call: weekday call 1-2 nights as needed, weekend call rotation Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients weekly, 4-5 visits per day on average. It can vary from 25-60 miles per day depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, etc Mileage can be up to and over 100 miles as it is a large territory. Mileage reimbursement at current government rate.
