Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations.

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across the supply chain.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with ERP system implementation or module ownership (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle SCM modules)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• International logistics and trade compliance experience
