Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability and performance of critical manufacturing IT systems (MES, SCADA, ERP).
• Manage and maintain plant floor network infrastructure, servers, and industrial control system connectivity.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for production line systems and end-users.
• Lead IT projects focused on factory automation, digital transformation, and system upgrades.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure data integrity and availability for production reporting and operational analytics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) and data protection in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades, aligning with production goals and timelines.
• Experience with IT budget management, vendor relations, and team leadership within a manufacturing context.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their technology requirements.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT.
