Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical proficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
• Coordinate closely with production management to schedule maintenance activities, minimize disruptions, and support operational goals.
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes, tools, and equipment performance.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to service agreements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Proven proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including budgeting, project management, and staff development.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, predictive/preventive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for predictive maintenance and data analysis.
• Certifications or proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Experience managing capital improvement projects, including budget and timeline oversight.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, PLC programming, or SCADA systems.
