Seasonal Power Washing Supervisor – Summer Position

What We Offer:
- $21/hour
- $5,000 end-of-season bonus!
- Company vehicle and gas provided
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- A fun, energetic summer work environment – no two days are the same
What You’ll Do:
- Power wash building exteriors, sidewalks, and common areas
- Travel between apartment communities using a company vehicle
- Deliver high-quality results while working efficiently outdoors
- Supervise other team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
