Part-Time | Licensed Practical Nurse
Schedule:
Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday
Available Shifts:
- Part-Time: 6:00pm - 10:30pm (20 - 36 hours per two week pay period)
- Five - nine 4 hour shifts per two week pay period
Pay Range: $26.71 – $36.25 per hour (based on experience)
Education Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification

The Difference You’ll Make
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness
- Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
- Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care
- Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Education Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
Experience Preferred:
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated sound judgment and professional integrity
- Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents
