Experienced Communications Lineman

We’re seeking an experienced Communications Lineman who knows the craft, values safety, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality fiber infrastructure to the communities we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair aerial and underground fiber optic and coax lines
- Perform lashing, pole transfers, and strand work
- Read and interpret construction prints, maps, and splicing diagrams
- Operate bucket trucks, lashers, and other construction equipment
- Troubleshoot service issues and support restoration efforts when needed
- Work safely in all weather conditions and at various heights
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of fiber or telecom lineman experience
- Strong understanding of aerial construction as well as fiber and coax installation practices
- Ability to climb poles and work confidently at heights
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
