Salary Range: $124,000 - $174,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, establishing and enforcing internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and drive profitability improvements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fixed asset accounting.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors and banking partners.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a finance team and partner with operational departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their financial impact.
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing ERP modules specific to manufacturing costing or inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations.
