Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Develop and implement strategies for material procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes to align material supply with production schedules.
• Lead supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, and negotiation for raw materials.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and material master data within the ERP/MRP system.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material flow, logistics, and warehousing operations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales to support new product introductions and production targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in inventory control, demand planning, forecasting, and production scheduling.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with global supply chain management and international logistics
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization
