Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with their questions, concerns, and service needs. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, patient, and committed to providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with questions about products, services, or accounts
Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and calmly
Provide accurate information and follow company procedures
Document customer interactions and update records as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems
Reliable, friendly, and punctual
Work Environment:
Office environment
Regular interaction with customers via phone
Schedule:
Full-time
