The Systems Integration Analyst will support the successful integration and daily operations of systems, data, and applications across the organization's various systems. This role is responsible for identifying business needs and requirements, developing functional specifications, documenting data flows and processes, and implementing changes along with third-party vendors to ensure smooth connectivity across enterprise systems and applications.
This position will utilize scripting, code, and other development tools to manage APIs, database connections, and develop reports for various departments as needed from related data sources or applications. Additionally, this role with be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application and data issues, assisting in the back up of application information and data, performing scheduled system upgrades, supporting program/application -based IT help desk tickets, and collaborating with IT staff on systems, procedures, and processes for support and redundancy ensuring business continuity.
The Rapid is a transportation organization headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI. We serve the following communities: Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids, Grandville, Kentwood, Walker, and Wyoming.

- Salary starting at $60,854/year; commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours - in office.

What will you be doing in this role:
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade enterprise level applications.
- Plan, analyze, develop, and implement interfaces for enterprise applications to other internal or external systems.
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into integration specifications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to support integration efforts.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Support the development of APIs, data mapping, and data synchronization scripts.
- Conduct integration testing and assist in troubleshooting system interoperability issues.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance and deliver insight to leadership while monitoring data quality issues
- Build custom reports and perform ad-hoc analysis using various BI tools.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, API specifications, service configurations and support procedures.
- Support helpdesk tickets related to system access or software functionality issues.
- Assist in business continuance / disaster recovery.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other closely related field from a four-year accredited college or university. PLUS,
Experience: Two years of experience working with corporate applications and systems, including integration support between multiple systems. Basic SQL programming, scripting, and database experience required.
