Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet quality specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including selection, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Direct and mentor the quality control team, managing inspection, testing, and documentation processes.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and reduce defects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with experience managing quality teams and initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or other relevant standards
