Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join a well-established and growing team in the Farmington Hills area. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions
- Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC experience (service and/or install)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential and light commercial systems
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
