Position: Client Care Coordinator
Location: Brighton
Pay: $18+ based on experience
Shift: M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our legal team and deliver excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, answer phones, and manage email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for lawyers and staff
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain client files and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate client communications and follow-ups to ensure excellent service
- Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks
- Support daily operations of the office and assist with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic legal software (training provided if needed)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
