Assembler

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team in producing carpeted products for the automotive industry. This is a full-time, long-term position where you will be responsible for the loading and unloading of materials and assemblies into presses, performing inspections, and producing a formed and trimmed product. Assemblers must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when handling materials.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and assemblies into the presses.
• Perform inspections on products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Produce a formed and trimmed product ready for shipment.
• Handle carpet assemblies, weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.
• Lift up to 50 lbs during material handling.
• Work overtime and weekends as necessary.

• Experience in manufacturing and production.
• Ability to perform inspections and ensure product quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Stable work history with at least 1-2 years at previous jobs.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing facilities operate three shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM, 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. Assemblers will work at one of our high-production plants with multiple stamping cells and presses. The environment is dynamic, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. You will receive training from experienced line leaders and production employees, and can expect to become proficient in 2-3 jobs within the first week. Our facilities include three plants in town, each with approximately 70 production employees per shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $37024.00/yr.
