Farm Bureau Insurance Agency located in Riverview, MI is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to Join their team. As a Farm Bureau team member for the Robert J. Roll Agency , you will build and develop client relationships within the community to promote Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
- Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- The organizational skills to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a team environment and alone.
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, especially Microsoft.
- Self motivated with attention to detail.
- A desire to serve people.
- Must be Licensed (or be able to obtain) in the State of Michigan to sell Insurance - Solicitor/Producer.
