Maintenance Supervisor

• $32 - $34 Per hour
• Direct Hire
• Chesterfield, MI

Responsibilities:
v Keep machinery and equipment in good repair.
v Coordinates/supports construction projects and equipment rebuilding.
v Leads maintenance group efforts.
v Performs electrical, air, mechanical and tool room duties to support production.
v Maintaining/Updating of the preventative maintenance program
v Responsible for supporting and maintaining spare parts and chemical inventories as needed.
v Performs Annual Reviews of subordinates alone or in support of Engineering Mgt.
v Responsible for input of previous days PM and QRQC Reaction limits into Fast Response Spreadsheets
v Supports End-of-Shift machine updates.
v Supports Maintenance Staff scheduling for weekly and weekend.
v Work with staff in developing Maintenance personnel improvement programs. Supports training or tutorials through webinars, in-house demonstration, and other means available.

Skills required:
v Must be able to read mechanical prints.
v Must be able to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
v Strong professional and interpersonal skills.
v Ability to interact with co-workers, customers, vendors and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.
v Proven ability to work independently as well as multi-task.
v Good organization skills
v Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
v Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
