Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance to ensure material quality and timely delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations for efficient material flow and product delivery.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with international sourcing, import/export regulations, and global logistics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
