Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Lead, train, and develop operations staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain management.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience implementing or managing automation and industrial robotics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Prior experience managing operations in a unionized environment
