Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Direct all cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for operational improvement within manufacturing.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation, optimization, or advanced data extraction.
• Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial reporting and analysis.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Demonstrated experience in treasury functions or working capital optimization.
