Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Manage, train, and mentor production staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Achieve production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Optimize production processes for continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, supply chain) to support production goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team to achieve output targets and maintain quality standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members, management, and other departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish or other relevant languages
• Demonstrated experience with automation or new manufacturing technology implementation
