Assembly Line Support Technician

Join as an Assembly Line Support Technician and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll support production by loading materials, inspecting parts, and maintaining standards that our customers count on.
How you’ll contribute
- Continuously monitor equipment in your area and escalate any abnormal conditions or malfunctions to supervision right away
- Conduct precise visual inspections and document/report defects
- Load product onto production lines to sustain throughput
- Carefully remove excess flash from molded parts so every part meets spec
- Operate in strict alignment with applicable OSHA safety standards
- Participate in trainings and seminars to stay current with new technologies and techniques
Schedule and pay
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Rotating workweeks:
- Week A: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week B: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Contract-to-hire with conversion based on attendance, performance, and client needs
- $17.50/hour with an additional premium for night shifts
- Upon permanent hire: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Paid vacation
What it takes to succeed
- Background in production or general labor
- Comfort with reading, writing, basic math, and visual inspection
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand through a full shift and lift up to 55 lbs
