HR Hospitality Services LLC d/b/a Trovato in Brutus, Michigan, has an opening for 1 full time temporary Pantry worker, $13.95/hr to $22.00/hr ($20.93/hr to $33.00/hr O.T.) from 5/15/2026 to 10/31/2026. Duties include: Carry food supplies to and from storage and work area; follow standardized recipe procedures to mix ingredients for green salads and vegetable salads; prepare and plate salads and desserts according to customer orders; store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage; clean, sanitize and remove trash from work area.

No exp. req. The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business. The employer is open 7 days per week. Employees will work 5 days per week 3:00pm 11:00pm and will receive rotating days off but must be available to work all shifts. Approximately 35 hours per week. The worksite is located at 7688 Maple River Road, Brutus, MI.

Workers are paid every two weeks. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the business.

Raises and bonuses available based on performance or length of service with employer.

Work tools, supplies and equipment will be provided without charge or deposit.

If required by prevailing law the employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees) incurred by the worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

The employer does not require workers to use company house however, on a voluntary basis the employer does make housing available at a cost to the worker of $50 per week. If a worker rents housing from the employer, the employee will be asked to agree to have the rent deducted from their paycheck. The employer does not provide transportation to the worksites during the term of employment.
