Used Parts Sales Representative
K&R Truck Sales and West Michigan International (WMI) is a locally owned group of companies committed to excellence in the truck dealership industry. With five strategic locations across West Michigan, we provide a comprehensive range of services including truck sales, leasing/rental, financing, and parts delivery. We are seeking a dynamic Used Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in heavy-duty parts and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities
- Identify and sell heavy-duty truck parts for all makes and models, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of the business premises.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Perform other duties as required to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in heavy-duty parts sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
