Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role provides specialized support across two elementary schools in a welcoming educational community. Your expertise will help manage overflow caseloads, working alongside dedicated on-site SLP professionals while bringing your own unique skills to the team.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Michigan
• Previous school-based experience and familiarity with IEPs preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance priorities across multiple settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What You'll Do:

• Provide speech, language, and communication services to students in two elementary buildings
• Assess students’ communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and professional development

This part-time opportunity requires 3 days a week from 8:44 AM to 3:40 PM, ensuring a balanced schedule while making a big impact. The assignment begins August 18th, 2026 and concludes June 11th, 2027, offering the chance to foster lasting growth and development in the students you’ll serve.
