Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily production operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Lead, train, and develop production personnel, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and procedures for all manufactured products.
• Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of quality control standards and health & safety regulations.

• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
