About the Role
Lead and oversee environmental remediation programs throughout the southeast Michigan region and surrounding markets. This role is responsible for securing and managing complex remediation projects, developing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational and financial performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in large scale environmental remediation, soil stabilization, dredging, or related environmental services
- 3+ years of leadership or program management experience
- Strong understanding of remediation technologies (soil excavation, dewatering, groundwater treatment, soil stabilization, dredging, wetlands mitigation, site restoration)
- Working knowledge of environmental regulatory frameworks (EPA, state environmental agencies)
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility and multi-project portfolios
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- 40hr Hazwoper Certificate

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional environmental remediation programs from planning through completion
- Oversee multiple project managers and field teams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipal, industrial, and private-sector clients
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and resource allocation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Coordinate with senior leadership on regional growth strategy and operational improvements
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement ________________________________________
