The Role

We're looking for a confident, experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen and help us deliver the authentic Sicilian dining experiences our guests expect every single service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft, their team, and their standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of progressive kitchen experience, with at least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role
• Proven track record in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen environment
• A genuine passion for food and all things culinary
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Strong personal accountability and the ability to build that same culture across your team
• The understanding that this industry is demanding — and also deeply rewarding — and the ability to keep your team energized, accountable, and having fun

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and run the line for lunch and dinner services
• Ensure quality, consistency, and strict adherence to Licari's recipes and standards
• Oversee all prep quality, line execution, and kitchen output
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Write and manage staff schedules
• Assist in menu development, seasonal features, and monthly specials
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant kitchen in accordance with all health department requirements
• Recruit, train, and develop your kitchen team
