Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

This position is for a CNC Machinist working the with 50-hour work weeks and optional weekend shifts. The role offers a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily meetings to understand shift tasks and assigned workstations.
• Manage up to three CNC machines simultaneously during the shift.
• Perform up to eight or nine tool changes daily on all assigned machines.
• Load CNC machines, pull and make minor edits to programs as needed.
• Conduct quality checks with micrometers and calipers every 300-400 parts.
• Store completed parts in bins for daily shipment to customers.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience on CNC Machines (Screw Machines or Mills).
• 5 years of experience in reading blueprints.
• 5 years of experience in making edits to existing programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in CNC Programming is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is fairly loud but clean and air-conditioned. Employees have their own workstations where they can make themselves comfortable while meeting production targets.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kentwood, MI.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.

Pay for Skills program. This program gives employees the opportunity to complete courses and increase their hourly wage. Course work needs to be done on the employee’s own time and after a Home Competency is completed, there are 5 more courses employees can complete, getting a $.50 increase upon completion of each course outside of the Home Competency. All benefits but 401k are effective on the start date, and he will be eligible to participate in the 401k plan on the first month proceeding. I attached our Benefit Summary/Rates in case he wants to review.

This is a fully onsite position in Kentwood,MI.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 3, 2026.
