Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing waste and carrying costs.
• Coordinate logistics for inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance performance, reduce lead times, and improve reliability.
• Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply for critical manufacturing components and materials.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding and application of inventory management, logistics, and procurement best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a track record of driving process improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning and optimization software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9 Solutions)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German)
