We're seeking a Residency-Trained Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving, multi-doctor pediatric dental practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan — a region nationally recognized for its quality of life, economic growth, and family-friendly culture.

This large, well-established, doctor-led private practice has earned a reputation for exceptional pediatric care and community trust. You'll be joining a talented team of three residency-trained Pediatric Dentists and one General Dentist focused exclusively on kids' dentistry , all supported by an outstanding clinical and administrative team.

With a deep, established patient base, modern technology, and a strong mentorship culture, this is an ideal environment for both experienced Pediatric Dentists and recently completed residents ready to grow in a supportive, high-performing practice.

Position Overview

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday, 8 AM–3 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employed
Compensation: Competitive percentage of collections with a 3–6 month daily guarantee
Bonuses: $25,000 Signing Bonus + Relocation Reimbursement
Practice Model: Exclusively PPO & FFS (no HMO / no Medicaid)
