Key Responsibilities

• Implement annual business plans and operational strategies in alignment with regional and global directives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between external partners and regional/global departments including product, aftersales, marketing, finance, IT, etc, to resolve operational challenges
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform tactical adjustments and maintain competitiveness.
• Build and sustain good relationships with distribution partners
• Address partner concerns promptly and work collaboratively to enhance mutual success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in operational or managerial roles within the automotive industry; experience with an OEM or national distributor is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement strategies and achieve measurable results in sales, customer satisfaction, or market expansion.
• Strong experience in cross-departmental collaboration and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

• Fluency in English and one more local language is preferred (Italian/Spainish/Portuguese)
