Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Fremont seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for skilled trades, production, and engineering roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, operations).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various digital sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific talent needs.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with common manufacturing processes, technologies, or lean principles.
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques for skilled trades and engineering talent.
- Knowledge of regional manufacturing talent markets and competitor landscapes.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
