We are looking for an experienced sales professional with at least 2 years of sales experience who is motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with a respected company in the exterior remodeling industry.

Position Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect, quote, and sell roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors
- Follow up with company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
- Build trust with homeowners by educating them on products, options, and the sales process
- Prepare and present estimates clearly and professionally
- Help move customers from initial appointment to signed contract
- Maintain communication with customers and office staff throughout the sales process
- Represent 616 Roofing and Exteriors professionally in person and in the community
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Experience in roofing, exteriors, construction, remodeling, or in-home sales is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based sales role
- Ability to generate your own opportunities in addition to working company leads
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have your own truck
- This compensation structure assumes the salesperson provides their own truck and covers their own transportation-related expenses
- No additional reimbursement is included
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation is structured as follows:
For every sold job, 10% of the job is first allocated to the company for overhead and management.
After that, the remaining profit is split based on the source of the lead:
Company-Generated Leads
After the 10% company overhead is accounted for, the salesperson receives 50% of the remaining profit on company-generated jobs.
Salesperson-Generated Leads
After the 10% company overhead is accounted for, the salesperson receives 65% of the remaining profit on self-generated jobs.
Important Compensation Note
This compensation structure is based on the salesperson using their own truck and does not include mileage, vehicle allowance, gas reimbursement, or other reimbursements.
